Professional delivery and installation is available for every product we sell. We would be happy to coordinate delivery and installation for you.

Extended warranties are usually very inexpensive and can save you thousands in the future. Some can even cover extra costs that result, such as cost of food that spoils when your fridge dies. It's simple and inexpensive to purchase extended warranties and one of the smartest ways to protect your investment.

Appliances can be large, heavy and expensive. You probably don't have the special tools or expertise needed to fix them in a crisis. If you can spare a few thousand dollars without batting an eyelash for new appliances should they break tomorrow, don't buy a warranty. But if you're like most of us, protect yourself by purchasing inexpensive extended warranties when you buy a new product and save yourself big money in the long run.

Awesome

Tcheyenne 9/21/2026

It works really well, my kids are rough on clothes as they stay outside playing in the woods and the dirt, this washing machine has seem to do great at helping keeping their clothes clean. The cycle time actually doesn™€™t seem the best that long and I like how it does show you how much time is left water levels are great seems to be very little vibration and if the load gets unlevel it will stop and wait for you to come fix the problem. Agitation seems to be working pretty good and with the lid that is on this washing machine you can watch as your clothes get washed

OVERALL

NaeGrump 9/20/2026

Overall - for this type (which is all that is offered now) with all the push buttons and software running these things. This washer seemed to us to stand out of the crowd. BUT I PREFER THE OLD STYLE OF WASHER, THAT DOESN'T SENSE HOW MUCH WEIGHT THERE IS AND HOW MUCH WATER TO USE. I PREFER THE OLD STYLE OF WASHER WHERE FEW THINGS COULD BREAK AND IT WOULD LAST 10-15 YEARS OR GREATER BEFORE HAVING TO BE REPLACED.

Terrible washer

KBinFL 9/3/2026

Right off the bat I felt the washer vibrated way too much and did not seem balanced even with a completely empty load. When I started running cycles, the agitator seemed out of sync with what it should be doing. If there was no water in the unit it would agitate and look like it was destroying the clothes, and if the tub had a lot of water in it the agitator would barely move and the clothes just sat exactly where they stood and did not move at all. I wound up returning this because either I got a lemon, or that is Maytag's version of how a wash cycle should work, either way I was not impressed.

AmandaJ 8/30/2026

Great washer! Love that I can connect to my phone. Clothes come out clean and less stain remover is used when I use the extra power boost and deep water cycle. Also I can put my king comforter in this washer without any issues and it spins all the water out and no shaking of the washer.

Effective, but loud, takes some getting use to

deMarco56 8/11/2026

We weren't expecting it to be so loud. When the machine fills with water, the hoses and internal mechanisms clang loudly. I do like how quickly the lock releases when you pause the cycle. The auto feature with the Deep Fill option is nice so I don't have to worry about the water levels. Cycle-times seem longer than other machines, but I like that I can see how much time is remaining on the app. But the app isn't very user-friendly, and it's frustrating that you have to press the remote button for every cycle.

Bluetooth sucks 8/10/2026

Bluetooth doesn't work. There are 2 cycles I used on my old washer, soak and rinse & spin. I am not able to add them with the app. Don't need and app for a washer or dryer! The tub is too deep. I am 5'4" and had trouble reaching the bottom. Invent something the lifts the clean laundry up for easy reach.

Unreliable start button

Sorefinger 8/4/2026

It's less than 3 months old, and the push button power switch is not reliable at all. Sometime we have to unplug the washer for 30min -> hour, for it to reset. Sometimes we can hold the button down for 15-20 seconds. Sometimes we give up in frustration and come back later. This is very disappointing. We bougt this washer because it was very similar to our previous MAYTAG washer. We thought we'd have a new 8-10 years of satisfaction. I wish I knew who to reach to at MAYTAG for service.

Good cleaning power

Kmurray200 8/3/2026

Overall, I am pleased with the cleaing ability of the washer. We've only had it a little over a month, so more time will tell. Really surprised that it doesn't have a "colors" or "darks" cycle with cold water. Tried to make my own in the app and I was not successful. Also, the machine has gotten out of balance several times in the short time that we've had it. My LG tied clothes in knots and didn't last long, so we switched to Maytag. I really don't think I've had it long enough to make a fair review.

DR808 8/3/2026

The capacity is more than enough for me, and it certainly does a good job of cleaning my clothes . It has all the features I could possibly want in a washing machine. It is, however, very noisy and it takes about an hour to complete a cycle which is much more than my previous machine required.

LeAnnaM 8/2/2026

I™€™ve had this machine for approximately 3 months and so far I LOVE it! I was worried because I™€™m pretty old school and the machine is digital but it™€™s not difficult or complicated at all. My old machine was a super capacity and this one fits more than the old one, BONUS! I like that I can adjust the agitation speed and water level. It™€™s a pretty quiet machine which is nice. It takes about an hour to run a normal cycle of laundry.

Mare0711 7/24/2026

I am very unhappy with the forceful agitation on all choices, however on delicates especially. On the very start of a cycle, the lower portion of the drum is too aggressive. I do regret not knowing this before my purchase™€¦ it™€™s not until you use your product does one know how it performs. This purchase was an upgrade from a GE washer, I bought at the time. Otherwise I am pleased with many of Maytags features.
