Professional delivery and installation is available for every product we sell. We would be happy to coordinate delivery and installation for you.

Extended warranties are usually very inexpensive and can save you thousands in the future. Some can even cover extra costs that result, such as cost of food that spoils when your fridge dies. It's simple and inexpensive to purchase extended warranties and one of the smartest ways to protect your investment.

Appliances can be large, heavy and expensive. You probably don't have the special tools or expertise needed to fix them in a crisis. If you can spare a few thousand dollars without batting an eyelash for new appliances should they break tomorrow, don't buy a warranty. But if you're like most of us, protect yourself by purchasing inexpensive extended warranties when you buy a new product and save yourself big money in the long run.

Replaced with same micro but this one sound™€™s and

CindyHa 9/3/2026

We replaced with what appeared to be the same one we had in ou 8 years old house. Same touch pad exactly and looked the same except no rack inside. However just sound hollow and cheap when you open and close the door. It™€™s hard to believe that builders grade would have been better, but that™€™s what we liked about it.

All ready having problems with what seems to be a known problem with these models. The underneath Light Bulb. Stopped working on mine but others show how they'll stay in too. Can't when find out how to remove it. Seems to be a plug in bulb.

This is actually a pretty nice microwave. It is simple to operate with several options. The heating space is wide and accommodating. It came with the new house but I really like it.

Terrible Vent System

SarahC3 8/22/2026

When I cook on the front two burners, the vent suction isn™€™t powerful enough to pull any of the steam through the vent. If we use the front two burners, condensation quickly soaks the front of the microwave and the cabinets above the microwave. We had a technician come check it out because we thought it was broken but he let us know this model is working it™€™s just the way it was made. So it™€™s intentionally made poorly. Will never buy a whirpool product again.

Perfect replacement

mtmom919 7/24/2026

Our old whirlpool microwave stopped working and was not going to be a quick and easy fix so we looked for a replacement and found this model at a great price and it was almost identical to the old one so fit perfectly in the space. Looks great with our other appliances and performs the same as our old model.

The builder supplied this microwave-we replaced it

ConsumerResearcher 5/8/2026

Poor reviews from Consumer Reports and an anemic power output and exhaust fan lead us to replace this new microwave after 5 months. We didn't find it adequate but others with less demanding requirements might find it satisfactory. We cannot sell it used for $150 so far.

Great Microwave, but the Light is Inoperable

AngieZav 4/6/2026

We've had this microwave for a few years and we generally like it. However, the bulb under the microwave that lights up our stovetop burned out and when we replaced it with a new bulb, it still would not work! We purchased more than one bulb so we thought that maybe the bulb was no good, but we tried a few other bulbs and still the light would not come on. Now we have no light on our stovetop. I'm really disappointed with this. It's difficult to cook and clean on the stovetop with no illumination. Why would that fixture burn out so quickly? Is there any replacement for this fixture? My husband refuses to buy a new microwave just because the light fixture is inoperative. It's a pretty important feature!

Very disappointed

GANMOR 3/25/2026

Our home came furnished with a brand new microwave , model WMH31017HS10. Less than two years old, the fan would not turn off. I had to shut off the breaker. Also, when you touch the side of the chassis, the light comes on. Less than two years old and I now have to spend money for a service call. It might end up being cheaper to buy a new microwave, in which case won™€™t be a Whirlpool.
